The murals on the Russell Public Library and the VFW Post 6240 Canteen mural were hand painted by Dennis Schiel. The murals were commissioned by R.O.AR (Russell's Original Art Review). They can both be seen in Russell, Kansas. Two of Dennis's favorite paintings are shown, Peter Walking on Water and Buffalo and Trains Don't Mix.
